We ship our orders straight from New York City using FedEx or UPS.  Within 2 business days of placing your order, you will receive a tracking number.  Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days.

 

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

 

Unfortuntaly, we cannot cancel or change an order after it has left our facilities.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase.  Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original tags and accessories included.

 

To initiate returns, log into your account and request a return label.  You should receive your return label within 24 hours of your request.

 

Returns may take 5-7 business days to be processed once received by our center.
